The Royal Torbay Yacht Club and its many activities both on and off the water are run almost entirely by willing volunteers. We are seeking to increase the number of volunteers in many areas. If you are not already involved it is a great way of supporting your club, making new friends and having fun.
We are currently looking for rib drivers and crews for both club racing and events, assistance in the race office at events and at the club regatta in August, volunteers with marketing expertise and members with DIY/handyman skills.
Whilst some of the roles require specific training and/or experience many of the tasks are easily undertaken and there are always more experienced club members on hand to assist.
