The closest railway station is Torquay. Inter-city trains from London Paddington run directly to Torquay via the famous stretch of track at Dawlish seafront. When travelling south by train it is recommended to sit on the left-hand side for beautiful views of the sea and the Teign estuary towards the end of your journey!

There are a limited number of direct inter-city trains a day to Torquay each day, it is often easier to change at Newton Abbot onto a local train which is then a short 15-minute journey to Torquay. Trains from the North West of England and the Midlands also run to Newton Abbot.

Torquay station is approximately 25 minutes walk from the yacht club, or you can request a taxi from Torbay Taxis on 01803 211611.

The closest airport to Torquay is Exeter Airport, the yacht club is approximately a 35 minute car journey from Exeter Airport with good traffic.

If you cannot fly to Exeter, the closet large airport is at Bristol Airport which is approximately 1 hour 40 minutes from the yacht club by car.
