RYA Running Club Racing

A day of introduction to members interested learning more about running club racing, combined with a refresher day for those already helping. Whether you are as aspiring race officer, timekeeper, recorder, visual signals officer (flags) or sound signals officer (horns) the day will cover all aspects of running racing.
The day will comprise a series of presentations combined with practical exercises. A great opportunity to meet up with those already involved and make new friends.
Mike Johnson National Race Officer and the RYA Race Management Training Co-ordinator for the South West will lead the day, he will be supported by club race officers Bill Butcher and Bob Penfold. We are also inviting representative from other local clubs.
There is no charge for the day, and tea and coffee feely available throughout the day.
