The planned cruise round to Dartmouth for the Food Festival looked to be well attended with six boats signed up to go but due to the adverse weather forecast it was agreed that it would not be sensible to sail round. Despite this 6 intrepid sailors braved the hazardous weather, got in their cars and drove down to Darthaven, parked carefully in the car park and proceeded on foot across the Dart on the Car Ferry!
In the evening a group of eight met up at No12 in the Yacht Club for a lovely meal prepared by John the Chef.
