The RYA has a Race Official Bursary Scheme to support aspiring event crew:- Race Officer, Judge, Umpire, Mark layer, or Measurer.
As there are so many races and regattas organised by clubs and class associations together with RYA organised events, there is an increasing demand for Race Officials. And with a host of RYA run courses coming up in 2023 now is a great time to start your journey to becoming a Race Official.
