Following the Prime Ministers’ confirmation on Easter Monday that England will move to phase 2 of the unlocking roadmap this coming Monday, the Club’s Bar and Catering facilities will be re-open next week on Wednesday 14th April as planned.
Service will be outdoors in the garden only until we are permitted to open indoors by the government. Members will be able to access the garden either through the back gate or through the Clubhouse from the front door.
We plan to offer as full a range of drinks as possible, with draught Guinness, Peroni, Carlsberg, Thatchers Gold, Salcombe Pale and a restock of wines all on order and due to be delivered tomorrow!
There is no requirement to book, although as we must operate on a seated only basis if you wish to reserve a table you can do so at rtyc.org/book where you will also find the refreshed bar food menu.
Food will generally be available when the bar is open.
The opening hours will initially be:
Wednesdays
17:00 – 22:00
Fridays
12:00 – 22:00
Saturdays
12:00 – 22:00
Sundays
12:00 – 20:00
If there are no members in the garden at 20:00hrs (19:00hrs Sunday) the bar may close early.
The opening times will be kept under review over the coming weeks and tweaked if appropriate.
