Following recent trips by cruising group members to the Channel Islands, the Solent and Falmouth the next organised event is a weekend in Lyme Regis scheduled for Friday 7th to Sunday 9th August. Spaces have been booked on the visitors pontoon and will need confirmation on Thursday 6th. Could you let Sue know if you are joining this trip.
The pontoon is not a permanent one, but is now available during the summer season, there is no electricity but water is available. The Lyme Regis Sailing club is but a short walk away and welcomes visiting yachtsmen.
There is plenty to see on this weekend as there is some gig racing on Saturday and the Scorpion Nationals start on Sunday.
